The RooT Fx 6-week Challenge-​Building Your Foundation for 2025
​What’s the Difference between the 6-week Challenge and My Regular Group Training?
This will be a focused class with a limited amount of time to get your training fine tuned to where you want and need to be. Because of the finite amount of classes, we will be pushing you to train correctly and to make progress. Whether that’s in releasing pain, increasing your range of motion or increasing your strength. The goal will be to be very clear on what your long and short training routines are, how to do each training exercise correctly and what your intended results will be.

Those that want to jump start their training for the new year. Do you want a boost to get your 2025 training into a good rhythm?

These are all good reasons to take on the RooT Fx 6-week Challenge. We will guide you through every class to make sure you are training right and doing the right things for your body. This could include: Tension Release Training specific to your chronically tight areas, RooT Fx Strength Training to address your weaknesses correctly, Rooting and Core Breath Training to maximize both your tension release and strength training, Hip Mobility to release core tension and improve mobility.
Six weeks of consistent focus can build your foundation for the rest of the year and possibly for the rest of your life. We will monitor your progress and make sure your training is where it needs to be.
Is this an Advanced Class or can a Beginner (new to RooT Fx) Join?
This class is for all levels as we will use a Zoom Breakout room for newer students or students that need more basic training. Each advanced student will focus on refining and customizing your routine for pain relief, tension release, strength building and mobility.
