TRAIL TRAINING?
Drawing on decades of expertise in both wilderness exploration and functional fitness, Michael seamlessly blends the art of Tai Chi with functional training principles to create a transformative experience like no other.
Participants gather in the foothills of the Rockies and start with balance, mobility and core strength training and progress to core walking/hiking training. You will then take your training on a hiking trail while Michael and Bri work with you. More advanced hikers can venture out with Michael and Bri into more challenging trails.
The focus is on the quality of your hiking so you can learn to hike longer and farther and not have your body break down.
