About the event
Originally on Ute Tribe territory, Native American elders consider the area on the west side of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains one of the most sacred and energetically active places in North America. The perfect setting to come and restore and regenerate your mind, body and spirit.
We will be focusing on teaching you how to become mobile and balanced in your daily life. This will include mobility, mindfulness, breath work, core balance and inner strength development. You will also have full access to the magical Joyful Journey Hot Springs where you can soak away your tension and rejuvenate your mind and body.
